Former General Counsel and Managing Director of a large international private equity firm, head of corporate for a Cayman Islands law firm, and CEO of a small technology company.

Broad scope of legal experience, with particular expertise in advising on complex, high value, international private equity, M&A and other commercial transactions. Jamie has worked in Toronto, New York, London, Dubai and the Cayman Islands.
