Centralis announces Vandenbulke Partner will join the Group

Luxembourg, 22 April 2022 Centralis is pleased to announce the expansion of its current business by welcoming  Vandenbulke Law firm’s SPV management department (Vandenbulke Partner S.à.r.l.) to the Group.

The transaction will significantly broaden Centralis’ offering to asset managers and investors, that complements the Group’s strategic goal of broadening its client base in this fast-growing segment of the financial outsourcing market.
