Corporate Legal Assistant

Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a young and energetic Legal Assistant (m/f) for our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work. 


Within a young and international working environment, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring proper execution of legal documentation
  • Liaising with Luxembourg administrations, notaries and the ministry of foreign affairs for efficient certification of documents
  • Maintaining internal database and physical files, ensuring the accuracy of its information
  • Filing relevant corporate changes, updates and accounts with the RCS in a timely manner
  • Supporting the legal officers with a great variety of tasks


Your skills:

  • A first professional experience, preferably within domiciliation of companies, fiduciary or PSF
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. Luxembourgish will be considered a distinctive advantage
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg company law is a plus
  • Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Dynamism, Flexibility, pro-activity with can do attitude
  • Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Valid working permit for a Luxembourg
